CPTI has identified the essential educational goals and objectives to help residency training programs meet the community pediatrics and advocacy requirements of the ACGME. This tool was also developed to guide programs
in assessing their current efforts.
CPTI Evaluation Toolkit
Contains resources to evaluate residency training experiences in community pediatrics. While many of the instruments are designed to evaluate learners, some of the tools will assist in gathering information that would be useful for program evaluation.
Advocacy Training Modules
The AAP Advocacy Training Modules are a series of 5 stand-alone 45 minutes sessions covering critical advocacy topics including the legislative process, working in partnerships, and advocacy communication. Each module contains a trainer's guide, PowerPoint presentation, suggested activities and handouts.
