MEMBER BENEFITS
Members of the Council on Community Pediatrics (COCP) join a community of active pediatricians who are working together for the health of underserved and vulnerable children across the country. Members have access to the following COCP benefits:

WHO CAN JOIN
Full membership in the Council is open to Fellows of the Academy with an interest in community pediatrics, and to Specialty Fellows certified in Preventive Medicine. Members
of the Council may be elected to serve as Council Executive Committee members.

Affiliate membership is open to international pediatricians, licensed physicians, and allied health professionals. Affiliate members are not considered Academy members or "FAAPs"
(Fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics) and cannot
vote or hold office in the Council, but their affiliation with the
Council provides a wide range of benefits and opportunities to
become involved in Council activities.
