Health Project Databases

The American Academy of Pediatrics Grants Database
This database archives current and previously funded community-based grant projects, including the CATCH Program and the Healthy Tomorrows Partnership for Children Program. The database is searchable by 7 major categories: target population, health topic, state/territory, project activity, AAP program, AAP district, and project year. Search results provide the project description, goals, keywords, and location.

Child Trends' LINKS Database
The LINKS online database provides easy access to child and youth programs across various domains of child well-being that target children from birth to young adulthood. This user-friendly site offers four ways to search for programs in the LINKS database. Search results provide an overview of the program and target population and a description of the program's evaluation approach and measured outcomes results.

National Association of County and City Health Officials Model Practice Database
The Model Practice Database is an online, searchable collection of public health programs based primarily in public health agencies and health departments. The database includes both "Model Practices" and "Promising Practices" that allow you to benefit from others' experiences, learn what works, and replicate proven programs.

Maternal and Child Health Projects Database
The MCH Projects Database contains projects funded through October 1, 2004. Descriptions of projects funded after 2004 are available from the Discretionary Grant Information System.
