How Can Your Practice Join ePROS?

Any pediatric practice or clinic with at least one AAP member is eligible to join PROS. However, to become an active ePROS practice, your practice must utilize one of the electronic health record systems listed in the "Who Can Join" section. Please follow one of the methods below to enroll your practice:

1. E-MAIL
E-mail your name, practice name, address, phone number, fax number, e-mail address and how you heard about ePROS to epros@aap.org.

2. CALL
Call ePROS Staff at: 800/433-9016 ext. 4978. One of the ePROS Staff will send you the ePROS Practice and Practitioner Surveys and a new member packet.

3. DOWNLOAD
Download an ePROS Practice Survey for your practice and an ePROS Practitioner Survey for each member of your practice who is joining ePROS.

Designate a practitioner in your practice to be the Contact Practitioner. The Contact Practitioner is responsible for completing the Practice Survey and will serve as the contact person for the PROS Chapter Coordinator and the PROS central office at the American Academy of Pediatrics. Each practitioner must complete a separate Practitioner Survey.
