Will the data be safe?

Absolutely! All of your patient data that contains protected health information will remain in the office. CINA staff will have read-only access to your datta, but only after you have established a Business Use Agreement with them. Your practices de-identified patient level data will only be shared wtih members of the study team after you have a Data Use Agreement in place.
