Section members play a vital role assisting in educational programming, policy statement development, practice intervention development, and many other projects, including representing the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) to other organizations. The Provisional Section on Tobacco Control leadership is looking forward to cross training and building the skill sets of members to accomplish some of these activities related to tobacco control.
