Residents & Training Fellows

The section offers pediatric residents and fellows-in-training travel grants to participate in the AAP National Conference & Exhibition (NCE), October 26-29, 2013, in Orlando. Some recipients will be asked to present cases at a section program on October 27th.

Resident Travel Grants (top) DEADLINE JUNE 11, 2013 - 4:00 PM (CT)
To be considered for a resident travel grant, print and complete the Resident Travel Grants Application (PDF file) and submit it with 4 copies of the following materials:

  • Curriculum vitae
  • Fascinating allergy/immunology case you have written (prior publication not required)
  • Letter of recommendation from the director of your pediatric program

Fellow-in-Training Travel Grants (top) DEADLINE JUNE 11, 2013 - 4:00 PM (CT)
To apply for the fellow-in-training travel grant, submit the Fellow-in-Training Case Presentation & Travel Grant application (PDF file), along with the following:

  • Curriculum vitae
  • List of publications
  • Fascinating allergy/immunology case you have written (prior publication not required)
  • Letter of recommendation from the director of your training program

Post–Residency Training Fellows are eligible for section membership if they are currently in an
allergy-immunology training (fellowship) program and will get their membership fee waived. For more information about eligibility requirements, please visit the section membership page.
