- Get Board approval for the PAG

- Secure funding for the PAG
STATUS: Funding was requested through the AAP, but was not secured
- Recruit 5 parent or family professionals for participation in the PAG
STATUS: Completed (See above for members)
- Appoint a chair of the PAG
STATUS: Completed (See above)
- Set up meeting schedule for the PAG (Conference calls)
STATUS: Completed – Once a month, second Tuesday
- Develop a poster to be presented at the AAP’s National Conference and Exhibition (NCE)
STATUS: Completed
- Present poster at one other conference
STATUS: Completed – Poster was presented at the “Futures of Pediatrics” Conference sponsored by the AAP
- Find 3 different ways to promote the PAG within the AAP
STATUS: 1. Had an article about the PAG in the Council on Children with Disabilities Newsletter, 2. Networked with members of the medical home community at the Future of Pediatrics conference
