The guidelines above provide details on the opportunity provided by SOEM for Section members to utilize the SOEM listserv to survey @ 1,000 Section members on an issue relevant to the practice of pediatric emergency medicine.  Guidelines on eligibility, judging and selection process, application and submission, authorship and anonymity, and requirements for reporting of results are included.   For 2013, surveys will be fielded in April, July, October and January.
