Registration is now open for the Workshop on Perinatal Practice Strategies, March 30 - April 1, 2012, in Scottsdale. This is a forum for addressing practice issues in neonatal/perinatal medicine.

PURPOSE & OBJECTIVES

The Workshop on Perinatal Practice Strategies was created in 1988 to provide a forum for addressing practice issues in neonatal/perinatal medicine. The Workshop seeks to:

  • Provide guidance and support to physicians in the daily academic and/or private practice of neonatal/perinatal medicine
  • Offer a forum for discussion of a variety of important issues, including clinical care, education, documentation, coding, dealing with government agencies, and financial management
  • Assist neonatologists and other pediatric professionals in providing motivation and guiding change
  • Develop strategies for physicians to support high-quality, current health care in a successful and satisfying practice environment
  • Create networking opportunities for neonatologists and other pediatric professionals responsible for the delivery of care to the fetus and newborn

Trainee Track - NEW This Year!

This year, training fellows and early career neonatologists will have their own track, with interactive seminars and workshops of maximum benefit to them.

  • Practicing neonatologist
  • NICU medical director or division chief
  • Teaching program director

  • Advanced practice nurse
  • Other pediatric professionals responsible for the
    delivery of care to the fetus and newborn
