Scope of Committee Work
The committee remains focused on recruiting and retaining members into our section to represent the interests and concerns of the Perinatal Section, the largest section of the AAP. Our membership includes academic and clinical neonatologists, and fellowship trainees, as well as affiliate membership offered to related medical specialties, and allied health professionals. One of the ongoing goals of the committee is to continue to increase membership benefits via section activities including member education, policy development, public education, and advocacy.
