Pediatric Device Consortium
The new interactive website of the Pediatric Device Consortium is a virtual
portal for collaboration and development of
novel pediatric medical devices.
Based at UCSF, the FDA-
funded incubator
unites a diverse group of physicians,
engineers, scientists,
designers, consultants, and others seeking to accelerate
the pace at which creative and potentially life-saving ideas
ideas move from
the napkin sketch to the market, and most
importantly, to operating room for the
children they were
designed to help. The PDC site features a wealth of informa-
tion and resources for the public, but its particular value lies
in joining the site's
member portal, where you can participate
in project discussions and connect
with innovators, device
industry representatives and potential funders.
